Every villa comes with its own staff — typically a villa manager, chef, housekeeper, and security — along with daily housekeeping and breakfast in most properties. Our Singapore-based concierge handles airport transfers, restaurant bookings, activity planning, and any bespoke requests before and during your stay.
Every villa in our collection is personally visited and photographed by our team or a trusted local partner before listing. We refresh photography regularly and audit each property every season. If anything on arrival falls short of what we've shown, we resolve it immediately or move you to a comparable home.
Most villas require a three- to five-night minimum during low and shoulder seasons, extending to seven nights over Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Individual villas publish their own minimums — you'll see the requirement on each listing and confirmed again in your quote.
Yes. A number of villas in our collection are built specifically for events, with ceremony lawns, marquee pads, dedicated event kitchens, and permits in place. Our concierge team has coordinated weddings and celebrations for twenty to two hundred guests across Bali and Sri Lanka.
We regularly arrange stays of three to twelve months at preferential long-stay rates, particularly in Bali and Sri Lanka. We also coordinate multi-villa bookings for families, corporate retreats, and wedding parties — grouping complementary homes within walking distance wherever possible.
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due ahead of arrival. Free cancellation windows vary by property; our team will confirm the exact terms before you pay. Villas can be paid in USD, AUD, or EUR via credit card, bank transfer, or Wise.
