Why We Recommend Villa Fiji
Villa Fiji is a contemporary four-bedroom retreat in the heart of Berawa — one of Canggu’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. At just a two-minute walk from Berawa Beach, this is one of the closest private villas to the sand you will find in the area. Low season rates start from US$620 per night, which works out to US$155 per bedroom — strong value for a modern, fully-staffed villa with a 14-metre pool in a premium beachside location.
The design is clean and contemporary with a modern-tropical feel: bright open-plan living spaces, neutral tones, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to blur the line between indoors and out. All four bedrooms sit upstairs with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, making it a smart layout for families or groups who want everyone on the same floor. Three of the four bedrooms have smart TVs, and every room opens onto a front deck overlooking the pool and tropical garden below.
Staff are included in the rate: a dedicated villa manager, daily housekeeping, gardener, and pool maintenance. A private chef, airport transfers, baby cots, and a pool fence can all be arranged on request — details that make this villa work just as well for families with young children as for groups of friends.
Our Favourite Features
- Two minutes to Berawa Beach — genuinely walkable, not the “10-minute drive” that many Bali villas describe as “near the beach.” Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest are both a short stroll or ride away.
- 14-metre swimming pool — generous for a four-bedroom villa, surrounded by a private walled garden with sun loungers and a shaded chill-out terrace for poolside reading or afternoon drinks.
- All bedrooms upstairs together — families appreciate having everyone on one floor. Each bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and garden views.
- Walking-distance lifestyle — Berawa’s best cafes (Milk & Madu, BAKED, Ruko), restaurants, surf shops, and boutiques are all along the same road. No car needed for day-to-day.
- Contemporary design — a refreshing change from heavily Balinese-themed villas. Clean lines, bright spaces, sliding glass walls, and a layout that feels more like a designer home than a holiday rental.
Good To Know
- Airport transfer takes 30–90 minutes depending on traffic — Berawa is about 14km from Ngurah Rai. Book a transfer through the villa to avoid arrival hassles.
- Chef and breakfast are available but not included — most guests arrange the villa chef for at least a couple of meals. Alternatively, the cafe scene on Berawa Road is excellent for eating out.
- Pool fence available on request — a practical detail for families with toddlers. Baby cots and high chairs can also be arranged.
- No party villa — bachelor and bachelorette events are not permitted. This is a residential neighbourhood and the villa enforces quiet enjoyment.
- Parking for 1 car and 4 motorbikes — adequate for most groups, though renting scooters is the easiest way to explore beyond walking distance.
