Villa Desa Roro

Villa Desa Roro is hidden away in a quiet lane of Canggu, near to Berawa Beach and the Canggu Club where guests enjoy complimentary membership to. This rustic and soulful villa features a gorgeous lush green garden where traditional Javanese Joglo pavilions are scattered around in, characterized by their signature high soaring rooftops and shady verandas. The Joglo's are crafted from ancient teak wood and their interior designs also feature beautiful teak wooden furniture, oriental carpets, and antiques. There are lots of places to hang out together as well as enough places to enjoy some solitude, reading a book or simply relaxing while gazing at the wonderful garden view of Villa Desa Roro. There are comfy sofas, armchairs and there is a solid teak wooden dining table for wonderful in-villa dining experiences.The garden is expansive and tropical, planted with swaying palm trees and more lush tropical greens. The private sparkling 12-meter swimming pool is encompassed by a timber deck with reclining chairs for sunbathing and a large parasol providing shade if needed. Located at the end of the pool, behind the master suites, sits a small yoga studio for those wanting to connect with their body, mind, and soul. Yoga teachers can come to the villa for a private lesson upon request. A BBQ is also available for an afternoon garden feast shared among loved ones. Indulge!

The five bedroom suites of Villa Desa Roro are spread out across the three Joglo's that are scattered around in the garden. All the rooms are fully air-conditioned, furnished with king-size beds in warm, rustic spaces ruled by reclaimed teak wood and oriental carpets. Two of the bedrooms are found in the main living pavilion, complete with private verandas to soak up the early morning sun. The second pavilion houses two smaller bedrooms, sharing a compact living space of their own, complete with antique board games for old-style family fun. The master suite takes up one entire Joglo for itself, providing guests with lots of space and a private veranda to enjoy a cup of hot coffee or tea in the morning before plunging into the refreshing water of the swimming pool. The en-suite bathroom of the master suite features a massage bed for some in-villa pampering by professional spa therapists and afterward, you can enjoy a long soaking bathing session in the bathtub.
