Villa Surga

Villa Surga or ‘Villa Paradise’ is a private two-bedroom house, built in 2008 and ideally located in a quiet area of Seminyak. The house is located within a 5-minute walk from the white sand beaches by the famous sunset beach club Ku De Ta, plus all the popular restaurants, bars and boutiques in Seminyak.

The villa has a 70m² open plan living room with views overlooking the large swimming pool (9 x 3.5 metres) and well-maintained garden area. This open space is cozy, giving a warm soothing atmosphere especially at night. The villa is equipped with a large LCD 60 Channels TV, an audio system and Unlimited 20Mbps internet connection. The two en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are cool, roomy and nicely decorated. There is a guest toilet and maid/storage room on the ground floor.

The villa’s staff includes a housekeeper who takes care of the daily cleaning and ensures guests are content. She can prepare breakfast on request, as well as Indonesian fried-rice for lunch or dinner. A professional chef can be requested at an additional charge. The gardener and pool-attendant visit on a regular basis to maintain the tropical garden and the swimming pool.
