Our website also keeps a random visitor number in your own browser's local storage, together with how you first found us (for example a search engine or an AI assistant) and which villas and pages you have viewed. As you browse, we record anonymous page-view events against that random number: the page, how you arrived, your device type (for example “iPhone, Safari”), your browser language, your approximate location (country and city) and the name of your internet provider, time spent on the page, how many gallery photos you looked at, and any stay dates you checked. The approximate location and provider are looked up from your IP address when the page loads; the IP address itself is never stored. These events contain no name or email address, so on their own they don't identify you. If you submit an enquiry or start a live chat, the same random number is linked to your details, so our villa specialists can understand what you are looking for and tailor their reply. This information is used only by our team to improve the website and help with your trip. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising, and page-view events are deleted after about 13 months. You can reset the random number at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our website.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
