Luxury Villas in Pattaya
Large private pool villas on Thailand's eastern seaboard, an easy drive from Bangkok, with beaches, golf and islands close by.
Why Stay in Pattaya?
Pattaya sits on the Gulf of Thailand on the country’s eastern seaboard, around two hours by road from Bangkok. It is a large and busy resort city, but the villas in our collection are mostly found away from the centre, in the quieter residential areas around Jomtien, Na Jomtien and the hills inland, where there is room for big gardens, generous pools and space for the whole family.
The coastline south of the city is the calmer side of Pattaya, with long beaches at Jomtien and Na Jomtien and a string of seafront restaurants. Offshore, Koh Larn is a short boat ride away, with clear water and sandy coves for a day trip. Inland, the area is home to a number of well-regarded golf courses, the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, the vast wooden Sanctuary of Truth and water parks for children.
Pattaya’s villas are among the largest in Thailand, and many sleep extended families or groups of friends in comfort, often with private chefs and housekeeping. The location makes it an easy choice for groups combining a few days in Bangkok with time by the sea, without the need for a domestic flight.
Planning Your Pattaya Stay
Best Time to Visit
November to February brings the most comfortable weather, with sunshine and lower humidity. March to May is the hottest time of year. The rainy season runs roughly from June to October, with heavier showers towards the end of it.
Getting There
Most guests arrive through Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport and continue by road, a journey of around one and a half to two hours. U-Tapao airport, south of Pattaya, also has some domestic and regional flights.
Getting Around
Most villas are a short drive from the beach and the city, so a car with a driver, taxis or ride-hailing apps are the easiest ways to get around. Boats to Koh Larn leave from Bali Hai pier.
Where to Eat
Pattaya has a huge choice of restaurants, from seafood on the waterfront at Jomtien and Na Jomtien to international dining and busy night markets. Many villas can arrange a private chef, which is often the most relaxed option for larger groups.
