Oasis Pool Villa is a sleek one-bedroom hideaway for two, set in a small, peaceful beachfront retreat on Bophut Beach on Samui’s north coast. Palms lean over the sand, the water is calm and clear, and wooded islands sit out on the horizon. It is a place to slow right down, with the sea a few steps away and Fisherman’s Village an easy stroll along the shore.

The villa itself is crisp and calm, all white walls, warm timber floors and wide windows looking out to tropical greenery. The bedroom is generous, with a big comfortable bed, a sofa corner and a large smart TV, and the bathroom is the highlight: a deep freestanding tub beside floor-to-ceiling glass that looks straight out to the villa’s own pool. Mornings can start with a dip before breakfast, which is included in your stay.

When you want more space, the shared grounds are a joy. A long infinity pool runs along the edge of the beach, lined with loungers and umbrellas and framed by palms, and it is especially beautiful at sunset when the sky and water turn gold. There is also a light-filled shared gym and a quiet library lounge, and daily housekeeping keeps everything immaculate. Boat trips to Ang Thong Marine Park and the cafés of Fisherman’s Village are both close at hand.
