Villa Blue Water

Bright, white and wrapped in tropical green, Villa Blue Water is a contemporary Kerobokan home built around a turquoise pool. Banana palms and heliconias climb the garden walls, a carved stone Buddha watches over the water, and floor-to-ceiling glass lets the light pour into every room, giving the whole villa a fresh, airy feel from the moment you arrive.

The ground floor is one open sweep of living space: a lounge with bold orange sofas, a long timber dining table and a sleek kitchen with an island and breakfast stools, all opening straight onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors. A floating timber staircase rises to a light-filled upper landing with its own sitting area overlooking the garden, while outside, a pair of chairs at the water’s edge invites a lazy hour in the sun.

Three calm, minimalist bedrooms each have air conditioning and their own bathroom, and two open directly onto the outdoor spaces. The marble bathrooms are a highlight, with freestanding bathtubs and walk-in showers. Kerobokan’s restaurants, markets and cafés are close at hand, the rice fields nearby are perfect for a morning walk or bike ride, and the beaches and beach clubs of Seminyak and Canggu are a short drive away.
