Villa K1

Villa K1 is a crisp, white three-bedroom villa in Ahangama, one of the south coast’s favourite surf towns, with its breaks, cafés and beaches close by. Newly built and first opened to guests in early 2025, it blends traditional Sri Lankan touches such as arched doorways and a tiled roof with clean, modern lines, and it suits a small family or a group of friends who want a stylish, easy-going base for surfing and exploring.

The outdoor space is compact and private, screened by trees and shrubs. A small plunge pool sits beside a sun terrace with loungers, and an arched loggia beside it shelters an outdoor dining table, so meals can be taken in the shade with the water just steps away. Potted palms and greenery soften the white walls, and the pool is lit softly in the evening.

Inside, the living room is built around a large U-shaped sofa with a smart TV, built-in shelving and more of those signature arches, and opens easily to the outdoor dining area. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin beds, all with air conditioning, natural wood accents and calm neutral tones. A daily breakfast is included, a chef can prepare lunch and dinner, and housekeeping and CCTV security are part of the stay.
