Alarte Estate brings together two side-by-side Seminyak villas into one nine-bedroom compound that sleeps up to 20 guests. In low season the entire estate costs US$935 per night — about US$104 per bedroom or under US$47 per person. That makes it one of the most competitively priced large group options in central Seminyak, especially given the included daily breakfast, two private pools, and a dedicated staff of four.

The estate consists of Villa Arte and Villa Alami, each with its own entrance, pool, kitchen, and living areas. Villa Arte is a single-storey retreat spread across three pavilions with soaring Balinese rooftops and reclaimed teak interiors. Villa Alami is a two-storey contemporary design with ground-floor bedrooms that open directly onto the pool deck. Together they offer genuine flexibility — rent one villa for a smaller group or combine both for weddings, reunions, or multi-family holidays where people want to be together but also have their own space.

The 1,200 sqm garden at Villa Arte is unusually large for central Seminyak and makes the estate feel much more spacious than typical in-town villas. Both pools have shallow sections for children, and the grounds include manicured lawns suitable for garden parties, yoga sessions, or simply letting kids run around safely behind the CCTV-monitored perimeter.

• Walking distance to Seminyak restaurants and beach — Petitenget Beach is about 1 km away, and restaurants like Merah Putih, Bintang Supermarket, and Eat Street are all within a 10-20 minute walk.
• Two pools with children’s sections — Villa Arte has a 15-metre lap pool with a timber sundeck, while Villa Alami has an 8m x 4m pool. Both include shallow areas for young swimmers, making the estate genuinely family-friendly.

Good To Know

• Single-storey and two-storey options — Villa Arte is entirely on one level (good for mobility considerations), while Villa Alami has upstairs bedrooms accessed by internal stairs. Choose your preferred villa when booking.
• Peak season requires 7-night minimum — the December 20 to January 11 peak period has a 7-night minimum stay at US$1,214/night. High season (April and July-August) requires 5 nights minimum.
• Breakfast included, other meals at extra cost — daily breakfast is prepared by the villa chef. Lunch and dinner can be arranged on request. Kadek at Villa Alami receives exceptional guest reviews for her cooking.
• Driver and car available on request — transport services including driver, car hire, and bicycles can be arranged through the villa concierge. The Seminyak area is very walkable for restaurants and shopping.
• Fire safety and security — the estate has CCTV security, safety deposit boxes in bedrooms, fire extinguishers, and pool fencing for child safety. Mosquito nets are provided in bedrooms.
