Villa Anaya Manis

Villa Anaya Manis has not one pool but two, laid out in a courtyard of pale stone and frangipani between a pair of white, terracotta-roofed houses. A row of stone statues stands sentry along the water, a long dining table runs beside it under a black-framed canopy, and loungers, umbrellas and daybeds are scattered around the edges. Refurbished in 2022, the look is crisp monochrome throughout: white walls, ebony-dark timber, bold zebra-print throws and carefully chosen Asian art.

Built for big groups who still want breathing room, the villa spreads nine king bedrooms across two buildings, each with its own bathroom and views over the pools or garden. The main house holds an air-conditioned lounge, a dining table for fourteen and a kitchen with counter seating, plus a private gym upstairs. Elsewhere you will find a stocked wine cellar, a barbecue area, an outdoor table for ten and a spa area with massage beds, while the lawn makes a calm spot for morning yoga.

Continental breakfast is included every day, and a full team of villa manager, butler, attendants, gardener and security looks after the house, with a private chef, yoga lessons and treatments available at extra cost. The villa sits in a residential pocket of Kerobokan on the Seminyak side, a short drive from Seminyak Square, Petitenget Beach and the restaurants of Jalan Petitenget, with the airport around eight kilometres away. Its sister, Villa Manis Cantik, shares the same estate and can be booked alongside for even larger groups.
