Elephant Villa Estate is a 4-bedroom retreat formed by combining the adjacent Elephant Villa 4 and Elephant Villa 5, set in central Ubud on Jalan Bisma. Together the two independent villas offer 340 square metres of living space, 400 square metres of tropical garden, and two private pools. Low season rates start at US$410 per night — US$102 per bedroom — with daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, and gardening included across both villas.

The estate layout is genuinely unusual: rather than one large building, guests get two complete villas steps apart. Each villa has its own enclosed living room with Smart TV and streaming, its own fully equipped kitchen, and its own private pool. This makes it ideal for multi-family holidays or groups who want togetherness without sacrificing privacy. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms, safety boxes, and generous wardrobe space. Pool fences, baby cots, and high chairs are available in both villas.

Jalan Bisma is one of Ubud’s best addresses, a quiet one-way street lined with boutique hotels, restaurants, and spas. Ubud Palace, the Monkey Forest, Campuhan Ridge Walk, art galleries, and dozens of restaurants are all within walking distance. For those exploring further afield, scooter hire is available at US$10/day and car with driver at US$80/day.

Good To Know

• No beach access — Ubud is inland. The nearest beach (Sanur) is about 45 minutes by car. This estate is for guests who prefer culture, nature, rice terraces, and Ubud’s art scene over sand and surf.
• Street parking only — parking is on the street, standard for central Ubud. The villa compound is set back from the road for privacy and quiet.
