Villa Illetas Finca

Villa Illetas Finca brings a breezy, bohemian Mediterranean spirit to the quiet lanes of Umalas. Behind a timber gate, a lush garden of palms and frangipani opens onto a turquoise pool with a shallow sun ledge, cushioned loungers under fringed parasols and a hammock slung over the water, the kind of place where afternoons simply drift by.

Life here is lived outdoors. A long, open-sided pavilion under a woven bamboo ceiling holds a big timber dining table beside the pool, a whitewashed kitchen with colourful patterned tiles and a breakfast counter, and a built-in lounge with hanging rattan chairs and cushions for lazy evenings. Rattan pendants, carved doors, round mirrors and natural textures give the whole villa a relaxed, hand-crafted charm.

Three bedrooms with timber floors and airy white walls each have their own garden bathroom, open to the sky with stone tubs or rain showers among the plants. One room has a loft with two extra single beds, making it a natural fit for families. Umalas keeps things peaceful, yet the cafés, bakeries and restaurants of Seminyak, Berawa and Canggu are only a short drive away.
