Villa Kuwait is the sharp-value find of this collection: a brand-new three-bedroom pool villa in Kerobokan, a short drive from Seminyak’s restaurants and beach clubs, at rates that undercut almost everything comparable closer in. New build means everything still feels crisp — white terrazzo-look floors, pale timber, rattan bedheads, round brass-edged mirrors and a monochrome kitchen that would not look out of place in a design catalogue.

The heart of the villa is a bright open-plan living and dining space that looks straight over the pool through full-width sliding glass. A grey lounge suite faces the garden, the dining table seats the whole villa, and the kitchen — matte black counters against pale cabinetry, with a proper island and bar stools — is genuinely equipped for cooking rather than just breakfast.
