The pool gazes down toward the bay, the terrace threads pool to sala to living room in a layout made for group life, and the hillside site is worked cleverly to wring the most from the outlook.

Ten bedrooms fold down to as few as six — with options at six, seven, eight, nine or ten — so the villa stays realistic for groups as small as twelve who still want a sea view, a pool worth the name, and a kitchen big enough to feed everyone without chaos.
