Villa Spice
Why We Recommend Villa Spice
Villa Spice is the most family-friendly of the three villas at Lime Samui Estate in the Nathon hills. The five bedrooms include a dedicated children’s room with two large beds and its own bathroom, and the double-height master suite has a mezzanine office that can serve as a sixth sleeping space if needed. At US$250 per room per night in low season for up to 16 guests, the capacity-to-cost ratio is excellent. What sets Spice apart from its neighbours is the Infinity Lawn — a large flat terrace with panoramic ocean views that doubles as a wedding venue. If you are planning an event or celebration during your stay, this is the villa to book. The five-level design with sunken lounge, infinity pool, and al fresco dining gives each area of the villa a distinct character, so it never feels like one big open room.
What Makes It Special
Spacious Bedrooms
a thoughtful touch that means families do not have to compromise on room allocation or sacrifice an adult suite
Ocean Views
large enough to host a wedding or celebration, and the sunset backdrop over the Gulf of Thailand is exceptional
Dining Experience
a genuine statement piece that seats the full group comfortably and makes every meal feel like an occasion
Open-Plan Living
creates a cosy, contained space for evening drinks or movie nights that feels separate from the open-plan entertaining areas
Open-Plan Living
the resident Thai chef can prepare meals without disrupting the main living space, and the primary kitchen is still available for guests who enjoy cooking
Before You Book
Villa Layout
not ideal for guests with mobility issues, though the design does keep noise well separated between bedrooms
Getting Around
ideal for a private retreat but 30 minutes by car from the Chaweng and Lamai beach and nightlife areas
Events Policy
if your event or group exceeds 16 guests, booking an additional villa next door is straightforward
Pricing
book Christmas and New Year dates well in advance
Villa Layout
useful for families but it is an open mezzanine rather than a fully enclosed room, so light sleepers should be aware
