Nala Villas is a 2-bedroom retreat in Bingin, perched on the limestone cliffs of the Bukit Peninsula in south Bali. This is a different Bali from Seminyak or Canggu — dramatic cliff-top views, world-class surf breaks, and a laid-back community of surfers and yogis. Rates start at US$300 per night — US$150 per bedroom — with the Indian Ocean as your backdrop.
The property comprises two connected living spaces with a shared pool overlooking the ocean. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The design leans into the cliff-top setting with open-air living areas that make the most of the panoramic views and sea breezes.
Bingin Beach is one of Bali’s most photogenic surf spots, accessed via a steep staircase carved into the cliff. The village above has a growing collection of cafes, yoga studios, and surf shops. Uluwatu Temple and its famous Kecak dance performance are a 10-minute drive away.

Good To Know
- Steep cliff access to the beach — Bingin Beach is reached via stairs carved into the cliff face. This is not ideal for guests with mobility issues or very young children.
- Remote location — the Bukit Peninsula is 45-60 minutes from the airport and over an hour from Seminyak. You are choosing seclusion and scenery over convenience and nightlife.
- Surf-focused beaches — Bingin, Padang Padang, and Uluwatu are primarily surf breaks with strong currents. Calm swimming beaches require a drive to Nusa Dua or Jimbaran.
- Scooter essential — while Bingin village has cafes and shops, a scooter or car is needed for most activities, restaurants beyond the immediate village, and beach access.
- Peak season books fast — Bingin has limited accommodation compared to Canggu or Seminyak. High season (Jul-Aug) and peak (Dec-Jan) rates are US$340-$390 and availability is limited.
