Rawayana Central Park Two Bedroom Junior Villa is a smart, compact pool home in the Rawayana development in Rawai, on Phuket’s relaxed southern tip, and it is made for a couple with a child or a small family who want their own pool in an easy, manageable home. Everything is new, bright and easy: pale stone-look floors, warm wood finishes and big sliding doors that let the sunshine pour in. Rawai Beach and its seafood restaurants are only around five minutes away.

The pool is the star, a sparkling mosaic-tiled plunge pool of around six and a half metres set in a private walled courtyard, just a step from the dining room through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
