The Jungalow

The Jungalow is industrial-meets-tropical done with real swagger — a two-bedroom villa in the heart of Berawa where black steel-framed glazing, exposed concrete and a bold red open-tread staircase set it apart from every white villa on the street. A green lap pool runs alongside the house, framed by rough stone walls and leafy planting.

Inside, an open living and dining space pairs polished concrete with a long timber table and an industrial pendant, opening fully to the pool through the steel glazing. A rooftop terrace crowns the villa, and stone-clad bathrooms with ladder rails keep the raw, tactile theme going.

Two bedrooms sleep four, cocooned in concrete and stone with timber accents. Berawa Beach, Cafe del Mar, padel courts, gyms and wellness studios are all a few minutes’ walk, making it a natural pick for a stylish stay or a remote-work base.
