Villa Anavaya

Villa Anavaya is a sleek, contemporary hilltop villa above Choeng Mon with one of the most cinematic views on Koh Samui: a sweeping panorama of turquoise bays, white beaches and green headlands stretching away to the islands. Clean white lines, green planted roofs and bold splashes of orange and red give it a confident, gallery-like feel, and every level seems designed to frame the sea. Choeng Mon and Chaweng beaches are both around five minutes away, so it works beautifully for a larger family or a group of friends who want space, style and easy access to the coast.

The L-shaped infinity pool runs along the edge of the terrace with a bubbling jacuzzi corner and sunbeds lined up facing the view, and a soft lawn with oversized daybeds sits alongside. Up on the roof, a sunken lounge in bright orange cushions looks straight out across the bay, the perfect spot for sundowners and star-gazing, and there is a barbecue for long evenings outdoors. Inside, the open living room has walls of glass onto the pool, and the dining table seats twelve beside a fully equipped kitchen. A private gym, a tiered home cinema, a study and a table tennis room add plenty of choice on lazy days.

The six bedrooms are bright and modern, five with king beds and one with two singles for children, and each opens onto a private balcony with sea and garden views. Every room has its own bathroom with a large tub and double basins, and a flat-screen TV.
