Villa Arthya

After dark, Villa Arthya glows. Warm light spills from floor-to-ceiling glass onto a slim lap pool that runs the length of the house, a timber deck tracks the water’s edge, and a pair of beanbags waits at the far end beneath a curtain of hanging vines. It is the cosiest of the four private villas on the Anandathu estate in Pererenan, a two-bedroom home that feels made for couples, small families or two friends sharing.

The living space is one bright, glass-wrapped room: a curved teak sofa and armchairs at one end, a dining table set beside the pool in the middle, and a kitchen with a stone-topped breakfast bar at the other. Doors swing open so the deck becomes part of the room, or you can close up for air-conditioned comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom sits under a vaulted timber roof with a king bed, a balcony and a bathroom with a freestanding tub; the second bedroom has a queen bed and windows over the rooftops.

Breakfast is included every day, served by the villa team, and Pererenan Beach is a short drive away for surfing or a sunset walk. The cafés of Pererenan and Canggu are close, and the estate’s other three villas can be booked alongside if more of your group is coming, each with its own entrance and pool.
