Villa Bamalam

Villa Bamalam is crisp, contemporary and easy to love — a white two-storey villa arranged around a green courtyard pool, with a sculptural curved staircase climbing the exterior wall. The look is minimalist but never cold, warmed with timber trims, arched doorways and a scatter of woven texture.

Open-plan living runs beneath a slim black-steel staircase, with a timber-and-stone kitchen and a round dining table under a rattan pendant. Upstairs a landing looks back over the pool, and the whole villa stays light and uncluttered from front door to rooftop.

Two bedrooms sleep four, dressed in cream with arched niches and terrazzo ensuites. It sits close to the beach and the northern Canggu cafe scene, a tidy and self-contained base for two couples or a small family.
