Flexible 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom options are also available at lower rates, and a 6-bedroom configuration can accommodate up to 13 guests.

The villa combines an enclosed air-conditioned living room with open-air pavilions, a bar counter, and a gazebo — creating multiple spaces for groups to spread out or come together. The pool is the centrepiece of the 500sqm garden, surrounded by tropical planting that gives the property a private, resort-like feel. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and air conditioning, and the fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, and microwave means you can self-cater or let the included chef handle meals.

Three full-time staff manage daily housekeeping, garden maintenance, pool care, and laundry. Breakfast is included in the rate and cooked fresh each morning. CCTV security provides peace of mind, and baby cots and high chairs are available for families. The villa sits in central Seminyak with street parking available.

Good To Know

• Street parking only — unlike some Seminyak villas with private garages, parking here is on the street. This is common in central Seminyak and generally not an issue, but worth noting if you plan to rent a car.
• No transport services listed — car hire and drivers are not included and would need to be arranged separately. The villa is in walkable Seminyak, so taxis and ride-hailing apps are readily available.
• High season rates jump significantly — the 5BR rate goes from US$613 in low season to US$945 in high season and US$1,225 at peak. Book early and consider the current 15% low-season discount for stays before April 2026.
• CCTV security on site — the property has camera surveillance for safety. Three staff members are on site during the day for housekeeping, garden, pool, and laundry services.
• Baby cots and high chairs available — the villa can accommodate families with young children, though no pool fence was listed in the facilities. Check with the villa manager if a pool fence is needed.
