Villa The Ridge Six

Villa The Ridge Six is a calm, light-filled three-bedroom home on the hillside above Bangrak, part of a small, secure estate of eight contemporary villas on Samui’s north coast. Its terraces look out across tumbling green hills and the curve of the coastline to the sea and distant islands. With clean white walls, warm timber doors and soft, natural colours, it is an easy, relaxing base for a family or a few friends.

The infinity pool stretches across the front of the villa, framed by sun loungers and a deep, cushioned outdoor sofa set behind a low green hedge. From the water the view runs all the way to the horizon, and guests love how the island seems to fall away below. Sliding glass walls open the ground floor straight onto the deck, so mornings drift from breakfast to the pool without a second thought.

Inside, a big open-plan living room, a dining table and a sleek white kitchen with a breakfast counter share one airy space, with a floating staircase leading up to the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have king beds, their own bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto private balconies, and the master has a freestanding bathtub with a view. Big Buddha, Bangrak’s restaurants and Fisherman’s Village are all a short drive down the hill.
