Villa W Luxury is a striking modern home on a clifftop near Nai Harn, at the southern tip of Phuket, rising over several levels of glass and pale stone above the Andaman Sea. From almost every room the view opens across the bay to the headlands and offshore islands, and the sunsets here are spectacular. With seven king bedrooms, room for fourteen and a full team of staff, it is made for large families and groups of friends who want space, style and genuine privacy.

The terrace is the showpiece: a long infinity pool runs along the cliff edge with a round spa pool set into it, so you can soak while the sky turns pink over the water, and a second large pool lies on the other side of the house. Shaded daybeds face the sea, and the terraces offer plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. Inside, glass-fronted living rooms with deep leather sofas look out to sea, while a lower lounge with a timber-slatted ceiling holds a billiard table, a home cinema and wide views over the cove.
