Baan Ban Buri
Why We Recommend Baan Ban Buri
Baan Ban Buri is built as a little village of its own: six low-rise pavilions stepping down through the garden to a seafront infinity pool and wide views across Bophut Beach. Named after the golden trumpet flower, it has a gentler, paler palette than its neighbours, with white floors, carved Asian detailing, natural stone and teak underfoot in the bedrooms.
The living room faces the sea and opens on three sides, so the breeze moves straight through. A koi pond with stepping stones links it to the dining pavilion, where a long timber table sits beside a modern kitchen and breakfast bar. Out by the water, loungers and umbrellas line the blue-tiled pool, and a beachfront sala is set up for lazy lunches, barbecues and dinners under the stars.
The master bedroom has a white-canopied four-poster bed and a bathroom with a large bathtub, and each of the four bedrooms is styled a little differently. A villa manager, private chef, housekeeper and gardener run the house, breakfast is included, and Fisherman’s Village is a short drive away. For bigger groups, neighbouring Dhevatara Residence villas can be booked at the same time.
