Baan Perwah Kata

Baan Perwah sits on the clifftop headland between Kata and Kata Noi, so close to the water that the Andaman seems to fill every window. Two infinity pools step down the cliff towards the sea, edged with loungers and shaded terraces, and at dusk the whole scene turns gold and pink. Indoors, a dramatic double-height living space with glass balustrades and a floating staircase opens onto the pools, with deep sofas, a long dining table that seats the whole group and a sleek, well-equipped kitchen. Up on the roof, a broad lawn terrace gives a near-360-degree view of sea, headland and hills, the perfect spot for a sundowner.

When the sun goes down there is plenty to keep everyone happy at home: a private cinema with red recliners, a pool table in a room facing the sea, a glass-walled wine cellar and gym equipment for anyone keeping up a routine. Eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms are spread across the floors, from sea-view king suites with floor-to-ceiling glass to a twin room and a playful bunk room for children.
