Soft arches, white breeze-block walls and pale timber give Fenta Villa a sun-washed, almost Mediterranean feel, right in the middle of Berawa. Built around a private courtyard pool with a glass-edged side and a sunken lounge beside the water, this three-bedroom home is calm and stylish, yet only a few minutes from the area’s best cafés and beach clubs.
The main living space is the heart of the house: a double-height room with warm timber panelling, a sunken sofa facing a big TV, and wide sliding doors that open straight onto the pool deck, so the day drifts easily between the sofa and the water. A long dining table sits beside a sleek kitchen with a stone island and stools. Upstairs, a billiards room looks out through tall windows, and higher still a rooftop terrace with a shaded dining table and lounge seating is made for late lunches and sunset drinks.
Step outside and Milk and Madu is a short stroll away, with FINNS Beach Club and the Atlas clubs well under a kilometre off and Berawa Beach about 1.6 kilometres away. It is an easy, well-placed base for families and small groups who want to be out and about by day and back in their own private courtyard by evening.
