The villa has an open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, bar area, and enclosed air-conditioned living room. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms, making it practical for families or guests who prefer not to climb stairs to bed. A dedicated workspace with rice paddy views appeals to remote workers. The rooftop is where this villa really shines: the pool, lounge area, and those views make it feel far more premium than the nightly rate suggests.

Pererenan was named the #1 coolest neighbourhood in Asia by Time Out in 2024, and the villa sits right in the heart of it. Jalan Babadan is lined with excellent restaurants — from modern Balinese at HOME by Chef Wayan to Japanese yakitori at ENYA and artisan bakeries like 7AM and BAKED. Pererenan Beach is a 5-minute walk, known for its spectacular black sand sunsets.

• All bedrooms on the ground floor — practical for families with small children, older guests, or anyone who wants pool and living areas upstairs and sleeping quarters downstairs with easy garden access.
• 500 metres to Pererenan Beach — one of Bali’s best sunset beaches with black sand, intermediate surf breaks, and far fewer crowds than Echo Beach or Batu Bolong.
• Chef and floating breakfast available — unlike many self-catering villas, Five Palms offers a private chef and floating breakfast on request. Breakfast is also available at 250,000 IDR per person.

Good To Know

• Relatively new villa with few reviews — Five Palms Villa 4 has only a handful of online reviews so far. The property is well-finished and professionally managed, but if extensive guest feedback matters to your decision, be aware it is a newer listing.
• Rooftop pool means stairs — the pool is on the roof, so you will carry towels and drinks up a flight of stairs. Bedrooms are downstairs, pool is upstairs. Not ideal if mobility is a concern.
• Black sand beach — Pererenan Beach has striking volcanic black sand, which is beautiful but different from the white sand some visitors expect. The surf is intermediate to advanced level, not beginner-friendly.
• Also available as a 2BR configuration — if you only need two bedrooms, you can book at a lower rate starting from US$239/night. Worth asking about at time of booking.
