HUME

HUME is brand new and it shows — a bright, double-height white villa in the best part of Bingin, where a kidney-shaped pool curves through a lawn and a breeze-block screen filters the afternoon light. The architecture is generous and uncluttered, all soft arches and tall glazing.

A long built-in sofa wraps the living room beneath a ceiling that climbs two storeys, and the kitchen centres on a solid timber island lit by woven pendants. Upstairs, an arched window frames the bedroom with a view out over the treetops toward the coast.
