Grey stone feature walls and honey-toned wood give it a calm, modern character, and when the big glass doors slide back the living room and the pool deck become one easy space.
The heart of the house is a sunken lounge with a Smart TV, opening onto the water, with a long dining table and a marble-topped kitchen island just beyond, set up for proper cooking as well as lazy breakfasts. Outside, beanbags line the pool edge beneath a striped umbrella, palms and clipped lawn soften the walls, and a shaded table makes the obvious spot for lunch. Upstairs, a timber pergola covers a sunny terrace with sofas and a hanging egg chair looking out over the rooftops.
The three bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and their own bathroom, finished in dark stone with backlit mirrors, and one has a freestanding tub. Daily housekeeping keeps everything fresh and the estate has night security. You are close to Bintang Supermarket and within a short drive of Seminyak Beach and the restaurants and boutiques of Eat Street, yet the lane itself stays quiet.
