Villa Oberoi

Breakfast at Villa Oberoi is the moment guests seem to remember most, laid out fresh each morning by the villa’s hosts and eaten beside a long, sparkling pool. This bright three-bedroom villa sits right in the middle of Seminyak’s Oberoi area, with whitewashed walls, exposed timber beams and floor-to-ceiling glass that floods every room with light.

The open-plan ground floor flows from a relaxed living room with a long L-shaped sofa and a TV to a rustic timber dining table beneath copper pendant lamps, with a well-equipped kitchen alongside. Glass doors slide back to a lawn and the pool deck, where loungers line the water and a small terrace with a table and chairs makes a shady spot for a coffee. The three bedrooms each have a king bed, air conditioning and an ensuite with a glass-walled walk-in shower, and the décor mixes driftwood-style furniture, woven rugs and striking Balinese artwork.

Step outside and you are in the thick of it: cafés, boutiques and restaurants such as Kilo Bali are a short walk away, Seminyak Village is close for shopping, and the beach clubs and sands of Petitenget and Seminyak Beach are just a quick ride down the road.
