Nova Oasis Berawa 3 is one of a small cluster of villas built to the same confident template, and it is a good one — white plaster, arched niches cut into the walls, clustered rattan pendants and a long lap pool running the length of the courtyard with loungers along one edge. Everything is new, and it shows in the way the details line up.
The ground floor opens completely to the pool through steel-framed glass. Inside, a deep built-in sofa wraps one corner facing a dark timber feature wall, and the kitchen runs along a white stone island with bar seating for four. A staircase climbs the far wall past a row of arched alcoves holding ceramics and books.
Two bedrooms sit under pitched ceilings with woven pendants and beds set against plaster niches. Both have their own bathroom — one with a concrete trough basin under twin oval mirrors, the other in warm stone with a timber vanity. Berawa Beach is a few minutes away, and the cafés, boutiques and dining along Jalan Pantai Berawa start almost at the door.
