This is a four-bedroom Berawa property that punches well above its weight — a two-storey contemporary villa with a rooftop garden, ocean views, rice field views, and a location that puts you within walking distance of Finns Beach Club and some of Canggu’s best restaurants.

What sets NVL apart from the dozens of modern villas in this area is the attention to detail. The interiors are properly furnished with contemporary art on the walls (not the generic prints you see everywhere), a billiards room with a full-size American pool table, and a dedicated media room. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows with electric curtains give the whole place a polished, hotel-quality feel without losing the warmth of a private villa.

The staff are excellent at restaurant recommendations — ask them about the local warungs that tourists miss
