Samujana Villa 10 rises up the hillside above Choeng Mon in a series of bright white levels, planted roofs and palm-fringed terraces, designed so that sunlight and sea views reach almost every corner. Polished stone floors, soft neutral furnishings and splashes of colourful art keep the mood relaxed and contemporary. With six bedrooms placed in separate wings, it is a natural fit for two or three families, or a group of friends who each want their own space.

The long infinity pool sits on the upper level, with sun beds set right into the shallows and a view that drops away over the treetops to the coastline and hills.
