Samujana Villa 27 is a four-bedroom retreat on the Samujana hillside above Choeng Mon, with planted green roofs, crisp white walls and an L-shaped infinity pool that wraps around its terrace. Views open over the treetops to the bay and the hills beyond, and the airy, minimalist interiors keep attention firmly on the outdoors. It suits couples travelling together or a family who want plenty of space without a house that feels too big.

The pool is the centrepiece, nearly eighteen metres along its longest side, with loungers on the deck and a soft lawn for stretching out with a book.
