Trisara Ocean Front Residence 4 sits on a palm-covered hillside above Phuket’s north-west coast, close to the quiet sands of Nai Thon Beach, with sweeping views across the Andaman Sea to the green island of Koh Waeo. Steep Thai roofs, carved timber ceilings and warm teak floors meet bright, contemporary interiors, so the house feels both traditional and wonderfully fresh. Set high and surrounded by tropical gardens, it is private, peaceful and all about the view.

The villa is cleverly arranged on two tiers. The upper residence has its own entrance, a magnificent twenty-five-metre infinity pool, two suites and a sunlit kitchen opening onto living and dining rooms and a broad sea-facing terrace. Below, the main villa holds three more bedroom suites, so families or two groups can share time by the pool and still enjoy real privacy. Loungers and umbrellas line the pool deck, curtained daybeds face out to sea, and a barbecue makes easy work of relaxed evenings outdoors.

Indoors, generous lounges with high ceilings and central air conditioning are made for slow afternoons and family film nights, and there is a separate media room with a big screen. Wellbeing is well covered, with a spa room for treatments, a steam room and a large, well-equipped gym. All five bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and breakfast is included every morning, prepared by the villa’s chef.
