The estate sits in a residential area about 3.4 km from the nearest beach and 13 km from Ngurah Rai Airport (roughly 30–45 minutes depending on traffic). You will need a car or scooter for beach trips.

With two pools, large lawns, and a quiet neighbourhood, this estate is particularly well suited for multi-family holidays, milestone birthday celebrations, or reunion gatherings of up to 18 people.
