Villa Ambiente

Villa Ambiente is a house that rewards doing very little. Its sixteen-metre pool runs alongside a still reflecting pond, so the water seems to carry on into the frangipani and forest beyond, and a thatched gazebo sits at the far end for whoever claims it first. Polished timber floors, soaring alang-alang ceilings and walls of shuttered doors give the whole place the warm, unhurried feel of a classic Balinese residence, freshly renovated in 2025.

Three of the four bedrooms open straight onto the pool deck, so the morning swim is barely a dozen steps from bed. The master suite has the upper floor to itself, with a canopy bed, a cushioned window seat and views over the water and treetops. Every bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and the open living room, with its long sofas and Smart TV, flows into a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen.

Breakfast is served each day, and a villa team looks after housekeeping and turn-down, with a chef, floating breakfast and in-villa massages available on request. The villa sits within the Gending Kedis estate in Jimbaran, where there is also a restaurant, a lagoon-style pool and a shared fitness room. Jimbaran Bay’s seafood grills, Samasta Lifestyle Village and the clifftop sunsets of the south are all a short drive away, with the airport roughly ten kilometres off.
