Villa Capucine 3

Villa Capucine 3 is a bright, modern three-bedroom home in a small collection of just three sister villas on the hillside above Kamala. Clean white architecture meets warm oak floors, navy joinery and striking floral artworks, and the forested hills rise all around. It is a lovely fit for a family, three couples or a small group of friends who want a stylish base with a private pool, only a few minutes from the beach.

Unlike its larger sister, Villa Capucine 3 keeps its pool at garden level, framed by tall palms and planting. Loungers sit right at the water’s edge, and a sunken conversation pit with deep cushions beside the pool is the spot for long afternoons in the shade. Upstairs, a furnished first-floor terrace looks out over the Kamala hills, a quieter place for morning coffee. Inside, the open-plan living room opens straight onto the pool, with comfortable sofas and a smart television, and leads to a six-seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven and microwave.

All three bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with air conditioning, a wall-mounted television and its own bathroom. The master suite has a king bed and a freestanding bathtub set beside the window with views over the hills, and the two further bedrooms have queen-size beds. Two of the rooms open onto a furnished balcony with rattan chairs. Daily housekeeping and laundry are included, breakfast and airport transfers can be added, and a free shuttle runs down to Kamala Beach throughout the day.
