Villa Cha Cha
Why We Recommend Villa Cha Cha
Villa Cha Cha is a white A-frame framed in black steel, and the structure is left entirely on show — trusses crossing the ceiling, black track lighting along the ridge, steel-framed glass sliding away along the pool. It is graphic and precise, and it makes a one-bedroom villa feel like a piece of architecture rather than an apartment with a plunge pool.
The floor steps down into a sunken lounge — a continuous pale banquette wrapped around three sides of a low table, facing the glass and the water beyond. Behind it the kitchen runs along one wall in reclaimed timber with black fixtures and open shelving, with a small dining table and woven chairs alongside.
The bedroom sits at the quiet end under the pitch, simple in white with timber side tables, and its bathroom is finished in pale stone with a walk-in rain shower and a long stone vanity. Outside there is a plunge pool, a strip of lawn and a breeze-block screen wall for privacy. Pererenan Beach and its cafés are minutes away.
