The villa is built around a generous private pool with a sun terrace that catches the afternoon light. Four air-conditioned bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and are finished to a high standard: marble-effect flooring, quality linens, and enough wardrobe space that you can actually unpack. The ground-floor master has direct pool access; the upper rooms get better cross-ventilation and garden views.

Like all Adam Jyota properties, the daily inclusions punch above the price point. Continental breakfast, a dedicated butler service, fresh flower arrangements, and welcome amenities are standard. Parking is easy, the streets are calm enough for evening walks, and you’re away from the tourist traffic that can make central Seminyak frustrating.
