Villa Infinity Blue

Villa Infinity Blue sits right on the sand at Natai Beach, just north of Phuket, where ten kilometres of soft, pale beach and clear water stay wonderfully quiet. A sandy path through clipped hedges and coconut palms leads from the garden straight to the shore, and both sunrise and sunset paint the sky over the sea. It is an easy half-hour drive from Phuket airport, which makes it a relaxed first stop or a whole holiday in itself.

The fifteen-metre infinity pool runs down the length of the garden towards the beach, with broad entry steps at one end, sun loungers on the deck and an elegant pavilion at the far end. Lush planting and koi ponds keep everything green and shady. Inside, the house blends a clean contemporary layout with Thai accents: rich lacquered panels, silk cushions in jewel colours and big windows framing the garden and the sea. The living room flows into a glass-walled dining room, with an outdoor table by the pool for long lunches, and a modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and three queen rooms, each have their own bathroom, a TV, a desk and sliding glass doors onto a private outdoor space. A housekeeper prepares breakfast every morning, a villa manager is always on call, and a private chef can be booked to cook Thai and Western dishes in the villa. Massage, yoga sessions, babysitting and a car with driver can all be arranged, and a couple of beachside restaurants are a short stroll along the sand.
