Villa Lotus

Villa Lotus is a beachfront villa on Mae Nam, on the quiet north coast of Koh Samui, in a small private estate of homes that open straight onto the sand. Its pavilions sit around a long garden and pool, and from the bedrooms, the lawn and the pool deck the view runs out across the bay. Touches of deep pink and lotus motifs run through the house, and the whole place has a warm, unhurried feel that suits big families and old friends alike.

A sixteen-metre pool fills the centre of the garden, overlooked by a carved Thai sala on the seaward side, with loungers and umbrellas along the deck and the beach just beyond the lawn. Inside, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with deep sofas and garden views, and the dining table sits beside a glass wall looking onto the pool. A games room with a pool table and table football keeps children busy on rainy afternoons, and a fully equipped kitchen sits close to the dining area.

Six bedrooms sleep up to twelve, mixing king rooms and twin rooms, all air-conditioned and with balconies or verandas, and five bathrooms between them. The rooms are well spread across the property, so each family or couple has its own corner. Breakfast is included, a friendly local team looks after the villa every day, and a complimentary airport transfer is arranged for you. For smaller groups, Villa Lotus can also be booked with four or five bedrooms.
