Why We Recommend Villa Marili Seminyak
Villa Marili sits on a peaceful lane in Seminyak’s Kunti neighbourhood, delivering a rare combination of genuine tranquillity and walkable convenience that most Bali villas struggle to match. At roughly $125 per bedroom per night in low season, it represents outstanding value for a fully staffed three-bedroom property with a private pool, daily breakfast, and complimentary welcome amenities — all within easy reach of Double Six Beach and some of the island’s most celebrated restaurants.
The layout is thoughtfully designed for families or groups travelling together. The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck on the ground floor, while two additional king-bedded rooms upstairs offer privacy with their own en-suite bathrooms. A separate bunk room gives families with children genuine flexibility without sacrificing adult space. For a group of six, the per-person cost drops to around $63 per night in low season — less than many Seminyak hotel rooms, yet with the run of an entire private villa and a dedicated team looking after every detail.
Our Favourite Features
- Daily breakfast and welcome treats included – Continental breakfast is served each morning at no extra charge, alongside a welcome drink, cold towels, a fresh fruit basket, and complimentary tea, coffee, and mineral water throughout your stay.
- Ground-floor master bedroom poolside – The king-bedded master suite steps straight out to the 6-metre private pool and wooden sun deck, making early morning swims or late-night dips effortless without waking anyone upstairs.
- Dedicated bunk room for kids – Unlike most three-bedroom villas where children share a king bed, Marili has a separate bunk bedroom purpose-built for younger guests, giving parents their own space and kids a room that feels like theirs.
- Billiard table on the upper floor – A full-size pool table sits near the upstairs living area, adding a genuine entertainment option for evenings in — a feature you rarely find in villas at this price point.
- Walking distance to Seminyak’s best dining – Bintang Supermarket is 950 metres away, Made’s Warung and Bali Deli are a short stroll down Jalan Seminyak, and Finns Recreation Club is just 200 metres from the front gate.
Good To Know
- Pool is compact – At 3 metres by 6 metres with a depth of 1.2 metres, the pool is ideal for cooling off and children’s play but not suited for serious lap swimming. Finns Recreation Club nearby has a larger pool if needed.
- Airport transfer is extra – The villa is roughly 10 km from Ngurah Rai Airport (about 20–40 minutes depending on traffic). Shuttle service can be arranged through the villa team at an additional charge.
- Lunch and dinner cooking costs extra – Breakfast is included, but having the private cook prepare other meals incurs an additional fee for ingredients and service. Alternatively, outside catering and restaurant delivery can be arranged.
- Rates are subject to 15.5% tax and service – The published nightly rate does not include Indonesia’s 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Factor this in when comparing prices.
- Two-night minimum stay – The villa requires a minimum booking of two nights, with longer minimums during peak season. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at noon.
