Electricity is included up to a point — 30 units per day of electricity are included in the rate. This is generous and covers normal air conditioning use, but excessive usage may incur a small additional charge.
Security deposit required — A refundable USD 300 cash deposit is collected on arrival. This is standard practice for managed villas and is returned at checkout assuming no damage.
