Villa Sea Renity

Villa Sea Renity is a sleek, modern beachfront home on Laem Sor Beach, in the tranquil south-west of Koh Samui near Thong Krut. Low, flat-roofed pavilions of stone, glass and pale timber open onto the sea, and the views stretch out across calm water to the islands beyond. It is far from the bustle of Chaweng, with sunsets that light up the whole coastline every evening.

The centrepiece is a twenty-one-metre lap pool running towards the sea, with sculpted sun beds set into the shallows, a separate shallow pool for little ones and a sunken lounge right beside the water. A shaded terrace holds a long outdoor dining table, and a garden with a trampoline sits beside some of the bedrooms. Inside, the open-plan living room has a U-shaped sofa and a billiards table, the marble kitchen flows into the dining room, and there is a private cinema, a well-equipped gym and a sauna.

Six double or king bedrooms, all en suite with sea views and glass doors to the pool, sleep up to twelve adults, and a playful bunk room adds space for six children. For smaller groups the villa can also be booked with four or five bedrooms. A villa manager, chef, housekeepers and security look after the house, and return airport transfers are included.
