Villa TA LI

Villa TA LI brings two neighbouring villas together behind one gate in central Seminyak, creating an eight-bedroom tropical estate with two pools, deep gardens and plenty of room for a large family or several generations to spread out. Despite the leafy seclusion, Seminyak Beach, La Plancha and the area’s restaurants and boutiques are close enough to reach on foot.

The larger of the two houses is built around a sixteen-metre free-form pool with cascading waterfalls, overlooked by a thatched rice-barn bedroom and an open-sided joglo pavilion where a baby grand piano sits beside wide sofas. There is a media room for film nights, a billiard table, a shaded dining terrace beside the water and a kitchen with a large island. The second house has its own twelve-metre pool, a further lounge, dining space and kitchen, so the group can share long lunches together or retreat to separate corners when they want peace.

Bedrooms are full of character, from the master suite with its own private spa room and hydrotherapy pool to a treehouse-style room and a traditional rice-barn loft with cabin beds and a lookout lounge, a favourite with teenagers. A villa manager, chefs, butler, housekeepers, gardeners and 24-hour security look after the estate, and spa treatments and babysitting can be arranged.
