Inside, the 348-square-metre layout revolves around a bright open-plan living area wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea from almost every angle. Good To Know

Hillside location requires transport — The elevated position delivers the views and privacy, but you will want a scooter or taxi for beach runs and dining out. The concierge can arrange transport easily.
Weekly maid service, not daily — Housekeeping and linen changes happen once a week. If you prefer daily turndown, this is worth noting before you book.
Chef available but not included — A private chef can be arranged at 1,500 THB per setting plus food cost and 20% surcharge. Great for a special dinner, but budget accordingly if you want it nightly.
