Eshara Villas

Imagine three private villas side by side behind one carved timber gate, each with its own pool and garden, all a short walk from Seminyak Beach and the restaurants of Oberoi Street. That is Eshara Villas: an eight-bedroom estate in the heart of Seminyak that gives a large family or group of friends the best of both worlds, with shared time around the table and plenty of quiet corners to retreat to.

The three residences, two with three bedrooms and one with two, are linked by lush tropical gardens. Each has its own open, high-roofed living pavilion with deep sofas, hardwood floors and glass walls that slide back to the pool, plus its own dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The largest pavilion has a long table beneath crystal chandeliers that seats the whole group. All eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and some are memorable: a natural river-stone bathtub with a fish-pond outlook, freestanding tubs and open-air rain showers in pebbled courtyards.

With three pools of twelve, ten and seven metres, everyone can find their own rhythm, from lazy laps to splashing with the children, and loungers, parasols and a shaded garden lounge sit around the water. A villa manager and a team of six look after daily housekeeping and security, a chef can be arranged for meals at home, and an airport pick-up is included on arrival. Seminyak’s beach, cafes and boutiques are all within easy walking distance.
